For domestic and commercial window cleaning we use the water fed pole system which uses a high reach telescopic pole and de-ionised pure water which is sprayed onto the glass. The brush head is then used to scrub the window clean using the pure water. When finished this leaves the windows wet but the windows will dry naturally and completely clean with no smear marks.

Yes, we clean the upvc window frames and sills whenever we clean the windows. It is all included in the price. We can also clean upvc doors and cladding if required.

Yes. Our telescopic water fed pole enables us to clean windows that are normally hard to reach and therefore its much safer method of cleaning than other methods.

We can clean your windows in the rain providing that the rainfall is not heavy or if the weather conditions are really bad. Because we don't use ladders there is less risk cleaning in the rain and the cleaning method we use involves using a high reach telescopic pole. Plus, when we clean your windows the rain does not effect the quality of the clean because we are using water with no impurities to clean with, which is similar to rainwater.

You don't need to be in but if we need access to the rear of your property on the day of cleaning then we ask that if you have to go out then please leave the gate open. Then we can clean all your windows without being limited to only those windows that are accessible.
